U-Electro ("we") values your privacy. This privacy policy explains which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Which data do we process?

• Data you enter in our quote or contact form: name, phone number, email address, address or postcode, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Technical data needed to operate and secure the website (e.g. IP address, browser type).
• With your consent: statistical data (Google Analytics) and marketing data (Google Ads, campaign source).

Why do we process your data?

• To call you back, schedule a site visit and draw up a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To carry out and invoice our services (contract and legal obligation).
• To protect the website against abuse and spam (legitimate interest).
• To improve the website and our advertising, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

Quote requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 3 years. Customer data is kept as long as required by law (accounting and tax obligations).

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with processors who help us run the website and our services (hosting, email, Cloudflare Turnstile against spam and — with your consent — Google). We make the necessary agreements with them. Some of these parties may process data outside the EU, always with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent for cookies at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Send your request to info@u-electro.be.
